Who We Are
Talon Guard Technologies was co-founded by a 20+ year US military veteran who led innovation work at the Pentagon focused on autonomous systems and cybersecurity, taught advanced tactics, and built multiple companies with deep finance and operating experience. The founding team also includes two Ukrainian serial entrepreneurs with extensive on-the-ground relationships, including one with a banking and capital markets background. Together, we combine mission insight, security-first execution, and trusted partner access to bring autonomy, counter-UAS capability, and AI software into a US-controlled pathway for evaluation, integration, and scale.
We operate with a compliance-first, security-forward posture aligned to US export controls and federal security expectations. Our processes are structured to support ITAR and EAR requirements as applicable, and we build our information protection and program operations around NIST-aligned controls to reduce risk and enable government engagement. As requirements mature by customer and program, we work with qualified counsel and compliance specialists to ensure documentation, handling procedures, supplier diligence, and cybersecurity practices remain aligned to the specific scope and obligations.
